Terms & Conditions

By booking our services you agree that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions set out below:

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so minimum 24 hours prior to your selected booking time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to help recuperate some of the loss of income.

If you would prefer to reschedule your booking, that’s not a problem, however you must do so 24 hours before your selected booking time. If you fail to so, we may at our discretion charge a $25 cancellation fee.

In the event that we turn up to provide our service but are unable to due to no fault of our own (e.g. aggressive dog, locked gates, no access to water etc) we will issue a charge to cover the costs, this will be described as a failed delivery charge.

At Eco Pressure Force, we put all our time and effort in providing top notch services, and cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect on our business. We would prefer to fill that availability and not have to charge you a cancellation fee.

You agree and understand the following terms:

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking.

  • EPF reserves the right to cancel or reschedule according to its staff levels, weather conditions including thunderstorms or machinery failure.

Liability Disclaimer: (Pre-existing Condition & Damage)

The act of pressure washing can remove any loose or weakened pointing or surface layer and as a result may reveal pre-existing damage to the surfaces that are being cleaned. When pressure washing near building walls any loose or flaking paint can be easily indirectly blown off from walls. Although, we take every measure to prevent the risk of damage, our company accepts no responsibility for pre-existing damage that may be revealed during pressure washing or any time after the pressure washing is complete. We are professionals and are extremely careful when providing our services. By agreeing to our services, you also agree not to hold Eco Pressure Force liable for any pre-existing damage to your surface. EPF limits its liability to the total dollar amount quoted at the beginning of each job.

Quality of Service:

No matter what service you are looking for, we strive to not only meet, but exceed all your expectations. We take pride in our skills and want you to be satisfied with our service. Our services provided are not guaranteed to completely restore your surface to any previous or new condition. In saying that, we will try our absolute best to restore the surface to the best condition we can within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise.

Once a service has been completed, together, with you we will conduct a final inspection. (Photos of finished work will be taken) If, after the final inspection and after we have left your property, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. EPF will not be liable for any concerns after 24 hours of service completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with EPF.

Photography/ Filming / Recording:

You agree to digital recording of all work being carried out for insurance, training and marketing purposes. In the instance it is used for social media, personal details of you and your home including house number/street name will not be included for privacy purposes.

Access to Water:

To provide our services we require access to water. If you do not have access to water please contact us so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water at the time of your booking will result in a $50 cancellation fee to help recuperate some of the loss of our time and income. 

Permission to Access Property:

You agree that you give EPF permission to access your property during the mutually agreed booking times to provide our water pressure services. You also authorise us to operate on and within your land/property as required and determined by EPF.

Termination of Service:

At our discretion we may cancel any new or existing services with clients if we determine that the customer is not the right fit our company and our values. This may include the property having no access to water, clients rude or aggressive behaviour, inability to maintain communication during the quote process, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:  

Eco Pressure Force reserves the right to modify or change our terms and conditions from time to time, for example, changes to our services or practices or for other operations, legal or regulatory reasons.
